overview. US Granite is a full service natural stone sales, fabrication and installation company based in Highlandville, Missouri. We provide services throughout all of Missouri and are open to projects outside of the state. Some of the many services we provide include kitchen countertops, bathroom vanities, shower walls, fireplaces, medallions, waterjet cutting, and architectural design.
how we work. There's no secret to our process. We'll save the details for when we meet and discuss your specific requirements, but here's a brief overview. Keyword, brief.
1. Connect. Let's establish communication. Stop by, call, email, whatever works for you.
2. Discuss. We need to start sharing information, asking questions, getting details about the project(s). What you like, what you don't like, what you have in mind, etc.
3. Plan. After knowing what you need, we'll start putting together a plan. This will involve setting a schedule, preparing materials and work site, informing everyone involved of the specific requirements, etc.
4. Implement. Next, we'll begin fabrication. Once we've worked the stone of your choice to spec, we will then be able to install.
5. Follow-up. Once installation is complete, you'll be able to see the finished project. Since we've kept in contact up until this point, everything should be according to our initial plan. If not, we'll be here to listen and make any necassary changes, until you're completely satisfied.
